Once your order is placed, please allow up to 72 working hours for the order to be processed and shipped. After your order is shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking link via SMS, email, or WhatsApp so you can monitor your delivery status in real time. Yes. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you can contact our support team via WhatsApp or email (support@mwstuffs.com) within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos for replacement assistance.
Since many of our products are made-to-order or customized, returns are generally not accepted unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Once an order is placed, it usually enters the processing stage within 24 working hours. We recommend contacting us immediately if you wish to cancel your order within this timeframe. If a tracking ID has already been generated, it means the order has entered processing/production stages and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
We currently provide Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) for selected locations across India since our products are custom Print-on-Demand items that are printed and processed only after the order is placed, not ready-made products. Partial COD availability depends on your delivery pin code, order value, and serviceability in your area. You can check the Partial COD availability to your pin code at our final checkout page.
Yes. We offer personalized products such as Custom Printed Deskmats (M & XL sizes only), Custom Phone Cases, and Custom Metal Posters where customers can send their own images/designs for printing through WhatsApp or email at support@mwstuffs.com before placing their order. Customized orders are handled manually through WhatsApp and email (support@mwstuffs.com), and all custom orders are accepted as prepaid orders only.
No. We use high-quality printing methods and premium materials designed for long-lasting color quality. However, proper care and avoiding harsh chemicals can help maintain the product’s appearance for a longer time.
All our phone case designs support 800+ mobile models. You can simply open any phone case design you like and select your exact phone model name from the available model lists on the product page before adding it to the cart. We will customize that same design specifically for your selected phone model. So, no need to worry about receiving the wrong model — all you need to do is select the correct phone model name while placing your order.
