  • TO WHAT LOCATIONS DO YOU OFFER SHIPPING SERVICES?

At present, we are pleased to announce that we offer shipping services throughout India. We have the capability to package and ship orders to nearly every state across the country. However, it is important to note that the transit time for your shipment may vary based on several factors. For instance, the extreme geographical conditions in some areas, such as high-altitude mountain ranges or dense forests, may cause a delay in the delivery of your package. Additionally, during public holidays or unexpected lockdowns, there may be some unforeseen delays in the shipping and delivery process. Nevertheless, we will always make every effort to ensure that your package arrives at its destination as soon as possible, and we will keep you informed throughout the shipping process to give you peace of mind. So, you can place your order with confidence and rest assured that we will do everything we can to get your package to you in a timely manner.

  • WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME FOR AN ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

We make every effort to process and ship orders as soon as possible from our domestic warehouses, using the quickest shipping method available for your location. Typically, we require 3 business days i.e. 72 working hours (Saturday and Sunday are non -business days) to handle and process your order before dispatching it.

The delivery time frame is usually between 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch, but this may vary based on your location. It's possible that you may receive your order sooner than the estimated delivery time. However, please keep in mind that postal delays may occur during peak seasons or due to external factors beyond our control, such as distance, customs clearance or natural disasters. We provide tracking information for every order, and we ensure each package. If your package doesn't arrive in EDD+3 business days (10 BD), you're eligible for a refund or replacement after the delivery partner confirmed that the shipment is lost/undeliverable, and you can contact our customer support team at support@mwstuffs.com for further assistance.

  • CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY PACKAGE?

Yes, we will send you a tracking number for your package via WhatsApp or Email when the order is getting shipped. We recommend to wait 72 working hours/3 business days (except weekends and national holidays) for the tracking details to be received to your WhatsApp and email.

Please note that unforeseen delays may occur, such as postal delays or customs inspections, which are beyond our control.

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

Occasionally, there may be instances where the delivery time exceeds the timeframe mentioned in our policy. If you experience such a situation, please get in touch with us at the earliest. We'll work diligently to assist you in resolving any issues that fall under our purview.

  • CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the ordered product has been custom printed and processed for shipping. Most orders are shipped within 72 business hours. If the tracking ID hasn’t been generated yet, we may be able to cancel the order. However, once tracking is generated, it indicates the order has entered the shipping stage and can no longer be canceled.

If you've changed your mind after the order is shipped or in transit, cancellation is not possible as the product is custom printed specifically for you.

Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to request a cancellation, as long as the tracking hasn’t been generated. Since our products are made to order and not ready stock, we kindly advise double-checking your phone model or selected product design before completing your purchase.
