At MW Stuffs, all our products are custom print-on-demand, made specially for you. Due to the nature of customisation, please allow up to 72 working hours (3 business days) for order processing and dispatch.

📦 Standard Delivery Timeframes

• Tamil Nadu: 3 – 5 business days
• South India: 4 – 6 business days
• North India: 5 – 7 business days
  (Weekends and public holidays are non-business days for production and some delivery partners.)

🌐 Delivery Region

• Currently, we only deliver within India. International shipping is not available at the moment.

🔁 Replacement Policy

All our products go through a strict 100% quality check before dispatch and are carefully packed to ensure they reach you safely without any damages.

However, if your order faces an unexpected issue during transit or is delivered in a damaged/unusable condition for any reason, you can request a replacement within 6 hours from delivery.

📩 How to Request a Replacement:

• Send us a short 15–20 second video clearly showing the issue.
• Unboxing videos are highly appreciated and help us speed up the replacement process.

⚠️ Important Notes:

• Color Variations: Due to different screen brightness and contrast settings across devices, minor color differences are not eligible for replacement.
• Wrong Product Ordered: Replacements will not be provided if the wrong model/product was selected while placing the order.
• Please double-check your cart details (model name, design, size) before confirming your order — each item is custom-printed just for you.
